How to Get Involved: Indy Do Day

Happy first weekend of August, Hoosiers! We hope your weekend went well!

We know here at It’s My City, the beginning of August means a countdown to many service opportunities both with us and our coalition members. One of our coalition members, Indy Do Day, has something BIG coming up in just over a month and a half.

Their name may give it away, but Indy Do Day are days in which Indianapolis residents come together and service. This year Indy Do Day opportunities span September 28 - 30.

Projects can range from something big (think: corporate day of service) to something small (think: picking up trash for 15 minutes at lunch). The point is to get out and be an active member of the Indianapolis community.

Plan your Indy Do Day today and be sure to tell them all about it on their page.

You can learn more about them here OR you can read about them on our blog!
